“The Sacred 7” Chakra System & Beginner Meditation Class -  8 Week Course

Through meditation you can heal your body, understand everyday problems or issues that may hinder your performance through work or home. You'll experience more enjoyment and appreciation of life and your relationship with others. We'll explore deep relaxation, visualization and imagery for self-healing,personal growth and development through self discovery and awareness. Take away with you knowledge for self healing. These classes includes the “awareness, explanation & aligning” of your Chakras, followed by a guided meditation and end of class discussion. There will also be additional classes that will further expand your visualization and sensing.

*  An excellent introduction to the concept of the Chakra System covers the 7 main Chakra Centers

*  What the Chakra system is and what it does will be discussed

*  Each week a chakra will be described with its location, color and emotional correspondence

*  How it impacts on the physical structure and how you can influence the balance of each chakra with certain  gemstones/healing crystals

* Connecting to Divine Source/God/Universe

* Protecting our space and ourselves before each meditation

* Every week each chakra will be reviewed and we’ll be connecting and sensing its energy

*  On the 8th class, you’ll receive hands on healing by Vince & Patricia

*  Meditations are personally guided by the facilitator’s voice along with soft music

*  Handouts included

*  “After hours” personal support provided during the 8 week course

*  For those wishing to further their practice and receive a certificate of participation that ensures you're ready to move into an Intermediate Level, a mini test is required. (written on the 8th class)   *  Ages 18+ - all genders welcomed – all levels, no previous experience necessary
